The current downloadable program is provided as an early software release with no performance warranty. You may use and modify it for your own purposes. Access does not create an investment-adviser, broker or custodial relationship. Third-party data and platform names remain subject to their respective terms.

Loop does not guarantee uptime, complete market coverage, accurate data, strategy profitability or suitability for any particular use. Features labeled planned are not delivered products and are not currently for sale. No fabricated testimonial, user count, verified return or simulated earning is offered as evidence of product performance.

No promise of future feature delivery or release date is made. The software includes source code; technical support and ongoing updates are not sold or guaranteed in this release.

Privacy

This storefront has no customer signup, checkout, email collection, wallet connection or marketing analytics configured. It does not ask for financial credentials. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information needed to serve the pages.

The interactive strategy demo runs in your browser using synthetic inputs. The downloadable program saves account state and paper trade history on your computer. It requests public market data from DEX Screener, which can receive your IP address and requested token addresses. Consult that provider's privacy policy for its handling of those requests.

No deletion request is needed for browser demo inputs, which are not stored by this site. Delete your local state files if you wish to remove your local paper records.

Risk & limitations

Crypto assets can lose all their value. Momentum signals, reported volume, liquidity and transaction counts can be manipulated and do not verify token safety. The current bot does not assess holders, wallet links, contract authorities or transfer restrictions.

The original Solana bot trades simulated money. Separate developer source previews can target live broker order endpoints only through explicit local opt-in. Broker connectivity and fills have not been verified. Snapshot prices and configurable cost assumptions cannot replicate live execution, price impact, transaction failure, MEV or rug pulls. Automated exits can miss their trigger prices. Results are not evidence of future returns.

Never provide a wallet seed phrase or private key to this website. The storefront never connects to a funded wallet or broker account. Execution previews use credentials locally and can submit real orders if explicitly enabled.

Billing status

No payments or recurring subscriptions are enabled. The paper bundle has a proposed $19 USD one-time price with checkout awaiting connection. $9/month is a proposed future hosted-service price, not an active subscription. No card information is collected and no cancellation is required.

Before paid sales begin, the storefront needs a connected merchant account, provider eligibility review, actual delivered paid features, clear cancellation and refund terms, and an owner-provided support contact. Those details have not been supplied and are not invented here.
